Gelato

We recommend that you eat as much gelato as possible while you’re in Italy.  Our Google Map identifies some of the gelaterie in Florence’s city center.  When you order gelato, it is customary to get two or three flavors at a time.  Our favorites are:

  • stracciatella (vanilla chocolate chip)

  • cioccolato (chocolate)

  • nocciola (hazelnut)

  • lampone (raspberry)

  • limone (lemon)

  • pistacchio (pistachio)
